Las Palmas Ranch Pool Reopens with Restrictions    
 
After almost three (3) months of closure, the Las Palmas Ranch Pool Facility will reopen with restrictions on the morning of Friday, June 12, 2020.   The State of California and Monterey County will allow the facility to reopen provided that all of the Health Department rules and guidelines are followed.
 
The Association has posted Update Pool Rules at the entrance to the pool and all homeowners and residents must follow them.  Failure to abide by the rules will put the pool operation and our ability to remain open in jeopardy.  A complete list is available upon entry to the pool area, and some of the most important requirements and changes are listed below:
 
  • Social Distancing must be practiced at all times.  Stay 6 feet apart.
  • Face coverings are required at all times when not in the water.
  • Las Palmas Ranch 2 Residents ONLY - No Guests inside fenced pool facility
  • Residents must sign in and out
  • Facility capacity is limited to no more than 50 people within fenced area
  • Time at facility is limited to one hour if others are waiting to enter.
  • Lap pool is for active swimmers only and limited to 3 swimmers at one time.
  • The hot tub/spa is closed and NOT available for use
  • Lounge chairs and tables are NOT available for use
  • Personal items and trash/garbage is to be taken home with you.
  • Bathrooms will be disinfected frequently during operational hours.
  • No gatherings of any kind (i.e. pool parties)
  • DO NOT ENTER if you have a fever or you are not feeling well
  • POOL ATTENDANTS are to be respected and their directions followed

Las Palmas Ranch Security - UPDATE

Effective April 1, 2020, the security services provider for Las Palmas Ranch changed.  The new security provider is Allied Universal Security.  Homeowners requiring assistance from the on-site security patrol should contact Allied Universal Security at (831) 240-5447.  The contact number has remained the same.
Las Palmas - Important Updates - March 16, 2020

In response to the current situations regarding the COVID-19 virus, facility closures and numerous directives from the State of California, the Las Palmas Ranch Master Association No. 2 is wants to inform you of the following:
 
Board of Directors Meeting – March 17
 
The Board of Directors Meeting Scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2020 has been postponed.  We do not yet have a specific date for the rescheduled meeting.  We will notify all homeowners/members of the new date as soon as it is established.
 
Community Garage Sale – April 4
 
The Community Garage Sale scheduled for Saturday; April 4, 2020 has been cancelled.   We will review the possibility of rescheduling the event for the future as soon as the current situation allows us to.
 
 
Las Palmas Ranch Management Office

Fence Painting Requirement

After the sever winter storms of 2017, many Las Palmas 2 homeowners had to repair or replace their fences.  This is another reminder that the CC&Rs also require the fences to be painted the original paint color as provided by Kelly Moore paints:

 

     1 Quart of paint #1245 - "Sand Pebble"

     1 Gallon of stain #1285

 

All paint suppliers should be able to match this color.

 

Homeowners are also reminded to check your fences for loose, broken, or sagging boards or gates.  Please ensure that your fences are in compliance.
