The Las Palmas Ranch Master Association No. 2 Board of Directors is asking for input from homeowners on a list of possible capital projects for the Associaiton. Homeowners are asked to complete the Capital Projects Questionnaire and return it to the Association. This questionnaire is for informational purposes only at this time. The Board asks for homeowner input on these important Capital Project concepts. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Beginning on May 21, 2010, access into the Las Palmas Ranch Swimming Pool Facility will change. The cards and “clickers” that you now have will no longer allow access. You will need to request a new “Pool Card” in order to access the pool facility. Your current cards and “clickers” will continue to work at the front entrance gate only.
The Board of Directors has approved the issuance of one (1) card per household. Homeowners will need to request the new pool card from the Association’s Property Manager. A request form is included with this newsletter.
The Board is making this change to ensure that only current residents are using the pool facility which they pay for as part of their monthly dues. There are currently many people who access and use the pool facility that are not (or are no longer) residents of Las Palmas Ranch #2. Please contact your Property Manager with any questions.
