Pool Hours Change

With Fall quickly approaching the hours of operation of the Las Palams Ranch Pool have changed.  Effective October 14, 2013 the daily pool hours are 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.  Both the lap pool and the spa are currently heated.  The heaters to the main pool have been turned off for the season however the solar system is still in place so the temperature of the pool will vary from day to day.

Every year the Association is required to distribute certain documents to all homeowners as stipulated in California Civil Code.  The main document that is distributed is the Annual Disclosure Packet that is sent out each November.  The costs associated with the printing and mailing of this packet can be very expensive.  If the Association could distribute this document, and any others that may be identified during the year via e-mail, the costs for printing and mailing would be greatly reduced. 
As outlined in the California Corporations Code, you must consent in writing to receive these documents via electronic mail.  If you would like to receive the documents via electronic mail, instead of receiving a printed copy though the US Mail, please complete and return the Consent Form
If you have previously requested that your monthly statements and newsletter be sent to you via electronic mail, this will continue as statements and newsletters are not “required” documents.  However, if you complete the enclosed consent form, then you will begin receiving your statements and newsletter via electronic mail.
Please help the Association save money and reduce its expenses by signing up to receive all Association Documents via electronic mail.  Working together we can reduce our postage and printing expenses and save a tree or two as well.

Board of Directors Meeting
Tuesday, May 20th
The Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 beginning at 6:00 PM at Buena Vista Middle School.  All interested homeowners are encourged to attend.  This will also be the Annual Membership Meeting for the Association.
