Beginning on May 4, 2012 the pool facility will be open from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.  Entry into the pool facility is by a pool card which can be obtained from your property manager.  The spa and lap pool are currently heated, and the main pool is being heated only by the solar heating system, so the temperature may vary from day to day.  Full heat to the main pool will begin at the end of May 2012.

 

The Annual Election of Directors is underway.  Ballots and election material has been mailed to all homeowners.  Please be sure to vote and return you ballot by Tuesday, May 15, 2012 which is the date of the Annual Meeting.  The Annual Membership Meeting of the Association will take place on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 beginning at 6:00 PM at the Offices of Brandon & Tibbs Accountants.   All intersted homeowners are encouraged to attend.

 

At the January 17, 2012 meeting of the Las Palmas Ranch Master Association No. 2 Board of Directors the Board appointed Kathleen Giacalone to the remaining term on the Board for a Director who had resigned their position.  Welcome Kathleen.
