In the last several weeks there have been several reports of Coyote sightings within the Las Palmas area, specifically in the areas of Cortina, Legends and Prestancia. There have also been reports of Coyotes attacking and killing residents pets. Please be alert.
DO NOT provide any food for these animals. Make sure not to leave your pets food out for extended periods of time. If you have a bird feeder, you might consider removing it, because the presence of birds, especially Quail will attract Coyotes.
